Manually uploading source file and updating your inventory in - shopify
To create a new feed, click on the “Create New Feed” button, which can be found at the top right corner in the dashboard page.
Once you click the “Create New Feed” button, Easy Sync will give the option to choose Shopify, Amazon or Ebay.
After you have selected Shopify, Easy Sync will ask you to enter your shopify shop name.
Once you have entered the shop name, Your Shopify store will be authorized.
The next step is to give a name for your feed
After giving a name for your feed, Easy Sync will navigate to the page where you need to import your source file.
You can either drag and drop the feed file or you can click the box which says “Select or drop a feed flie” to import the feed file.
Once you import your source file, Easy Sync will take you to the next step where you need to map (match) the Shopify fields with the fields in the source file.
In Step 1, you need to select any one of the fields through which Easy Sync will identify the products.
The fields which you see on the left side are Shopify fields.
You can choose SKU, Barcode, Variant Title, Product Title or Handle.
The list of fields which you see on the right side, are the columns which is in the source file.
The goal here is to make sure the fields from the left side and from the right side match each other.
If you select “Product Title” from the left side, then you need to select the “Title” field from the right side.
The “Product Title” field which you have selected from the left side, represents the title of the product which is in your Shopify store.
The “Title” field which you have selected from the right side, represents the title of the product which is in the source file.
Just as how you selected the fields in step 1, you need to do the same in step 2 as well.
Select the Shopify fields from the left side and select the source feed fields from the right side, and make sure they match.
If you select “SKU” on the left side, then you need to select “Variant SKU” field on the right side.
So you can add more fields to sync data between your Shopify store and the source file, by click on the “Add Field” button.
Once you have finished creating the fields, click the next button.
Easy Sync will take you to the next page, where you can filter specific SKUs.
In the “Include” box, you can specify SKUs which needs to be included.
And in the “Exclude” box, you can Specify SKUs which needs to be excluded.
In the “Currency Exchange” section, you can add your currency name, currency value.
Also you need to choose your store location, which is a necessary field.
Once you have provided all the necessary information, click the save button and your feed is created.
As a final step, you need upload the feed file to start the sync
